I'm Coach Nick. I work with athletes ages 7-12 who want more than practice twice a week. I teach what actually makes players different - footwork, shooting, movement, game intelligence. The foundations that separate kids who play soccer from kids who are soccer players.

First 10-15 Minutes: Wake Up The Athlete
Full body warm-up moving in all directions - forward, backward, lateral. Then we shift into speed training with proper breathing mechanics. No jumping straight into drills with cold muscles. We prepare the body first.
Next 20-25 Minutes: Build The Foundation
Passing drills and technical footwork. Learning how to move the ball with purpose, not just kick it and hope. We develop ball progression - receiving, controlling, distributing. Then a water break because hydration matters.
Next 20-25 Minutes: Finish Like You Mean It
Focused shooting technique. Eye to foot to ball - where you look, where you plant, where it goes. We train this through attacker vs defender exercises so your kid learns to shoot under pressure, not just at an empty net.
Final 5-10 Minutes: Cool Down Right
Defensive positioning and conditioning to close out the session. Then a cool down jog and stretch. We don't just stop - we recover properly so they're ready for next time.
Parents are welcome to stay and watch.
